Extreamely long wait, but I found customer service to be polite. My review though is for the customer service I just received via telephone. It's the end of the day, but customer service was excellent. Wasn't on hold for too long and the problem resolved. Happy customer

Not open on weekends so those working cant use it. When you do manage to go theres not enough staff and always some form of issue
Whenever I come in there is always a ridiculously long queue at the booths. I have been queuing for over 15 minutes, and not even all the booths are open. Why not open more booths when there is a queue of over a dozen people? This is a terrible branch, do not waste your time coming here.
