I Went in there regarding a non-bank related question, after already trying around 8 shops for the specific issue.I was met by a wonderful lady, whom although had never been to that specific branch, she was soon to hop on to helping me. Customer service was amazing, and the place was well kept and tidy. Would 100% recommend this bank. Although i did not use their services, their welcomeness and brightness shined through! Thankyou so much to HSBC Cheltenham!

The assistance that I get every time  I pop into the high street branch has always been very satisfying . I went in yesterday and spoke to Katherine Hancox who really helped me sort out a few things especially notifications on my phone every time a payment has been made so helpful and she took the time and showed such care.     Thank you .

After much tribulation over a payment being cancelled for 'security reasons' and trouble with my phone app the young bank manager helped me resolve everything and get my payments sorted. Very disappointed with the phone service, but very happy with the in-branch resolve. Thank you.

I am from Poland and I am a priori for my English. I know a person who took a loan from your bank I think for 17,000 pounds and left for Poland without paying back the loan. it was in 2018. Can you submit a person who already lives in Poland and has an unpaid loan in England?

Went here to send some money to pay for tickets- the only way to do this is transfer etc now I don't like doing these online and was left with no option to go in here. Went to the back of the building where the 3 counters are with staff behind and found them useless I was stressed as it is trying to figure out what details I need to send and got served by a very blunt and cocky woman with greyish white hair didn't get her name so can only describe I was in a rush and needed some help to get this sent- so I would have confirmation and she wasn't clear or helpful at all. She put me on the spot asking me what I wanted to do whilst I told her TWICE and she sat there with two other staff members looking at me as if I was dumb She told me I needed to do it MYSELF on a machine which was located towards the exit and I still didn't know what she was on about- not given good or clear directions and advice at all Finally I had some "help" unfortunately same old lazy woman who was causing me stress and she showed me a machine and told me "oh you already have it set up etc" basically telling me I don't need help as I had done this before yet I tried to tell her it was a different account I needed to send for and get confirmation off them for my tickets purchased I stayed calm and polite even though she was trying my patience as she obviously didn't understand why it was so important to me- poor listening skills! She continued tapping away on a broke machine then took me to another one and I told her what needed to be typed and she said "oh sorry too late it's gone now" so now I have added stress of whether or not the right account was used and if the other end received my payment for my tickets I bought off them Left in a rush and with worry now from the stupid lady with short white hair who "helped" make matters worse I won't come here again in future for help or advice They are useless, waste of time- not interested in anyone's problems but their own Thanks for nothing.

Attended this morning to open an account, The chap who dealt with me seemed very disinterested having gone onto the accepted ID documents nothing states points he made, Refused ID which is official and generally wasted my time

Decent staff and for a High Street branch fast service. Have been helpful and reasonable over the years though not my branch. Good people, regardless of what you think of HSBC as a bank.
