Branch opening times are useless and telephone support by HSBC is appalling. Setup junior account for my son. They never send statements and were making it very difficult for us to close the account and withdraw his money. The main telephone support from HQ is truly awful. The cashiers at the Bridgnorth branch were very helpful though and its certainly not their fault. Its a shame the branch can't be open on a Saturday morning to provide better access.
Helpful staff but unfortunately hamstrung by processes and procedures. Not ideal that they're not open at weekends.
Really wonderful staff. Always friendly and try to go the extra mile.
Omg must be the slowest bank in the world
