Disrespectful staff. Rude, sarcastic and attacking for minute details, such as 1 too many coins in coin bags. There is much more to the story however the short version is that you are blamed for everything and everything and they make sure that you feel bad for it (yes Kathy, it's you). Evil looks and blaming at it's best.

Two problems with this Branch. 1) If someone is in a queue for a long time and after waiting for awhile to withdraw money, you eventually get seen by a cashier, who in turn says fill in a small receipt and put it in writing how much you want to withdraw (takes 15 secs to do), she than proceeds to put me to a side, serves other customers and made me wait further 10 mins, having joined the queue again. Once served by cashier again, it took her 3 minutes to count the cash! I mean common sense should have prevailed! She was miserble from the start, no customer service, common sense and so defensive when asked. Lady with white hair, I think Mary?

Lovely local branch with a fantastic customers service.
For wheelchair ♿ uses you have to ring the bell and a member of staff will help you into the branch.
