I put a standing order on Monday 19/10/15 at Coleraine branch for my rent to be paid at my new address and it has not been done? This is not the 1st time that staff have let me down at this Branch and by doing so are picking and choosing what customers they like to help and those not to help,me one of them.I find this racial discrimination and i wont tolerate this kind of behaviour from your staff! There is no cashier service,it is a self service bank with few staff not bothered to do their job properly and when you complain,the staff are eager to close your account!!
