Avoid this company at all costs. They are a typical debt collection company who do not care about your personal situation and have no interest in helping people set up payment plans. I tried various options for a payment plan and they refused, they then came to my home asking for money which I did not owe as I had been paying my original account and they then escalated the visit to the point that a meter was installed which I have now had removed from the original company as it was wrongly installed. Due to all the wrong doings with this company and the incompetent customer service and complaints department, i have put in a complaint with the financial Ombudsman servive. If you receive a letter from this company, I would advise that you keep everything in writing via email or post as this company like to back track and take no responsibility for anything they do. If you have problems with this company be sure to make a complaint which they will not uphold and then take them to the Financial Ombudsman as they don't deserve to be running. Try and sort out your account with the original debtor not this scam of a company.
Mercenaries for hire.. Ignorant staff, Rude attitude, Harassment of Vulnerable Disabled and Elderly is common practice for this shower.
If you receive a letter from this disgusting company, I would advise that you keep everything in writing either via letter or email as they will twist your words. Any attempt to make a payment plan with this company will be blocked. Agents will visit your home and be no help, they are just there to post letters and escalate matters. This company will cause you so much stress that I would not advise to speak to them on the phone as the agents are very rude and unprofessional. If you can, try and go back to the original debtor to work things out with them rather than getting involved with this company. Avoid at all costs. If you do have issues, make sure to have it all in writing, make a complaint and then go to the Ombudsman Service.
If there was a minus star I would give it that. They entered my property yesterday through the back door that was left open for my dog. Installed a meter and left. Had ignored my letter with a proposed payment plan. My daughter got home and found our dog injured.
Absolutely abhorrent behaviour towards a disabled and vulnerable customer. Attempts to make any sort of complaint are met with hostility and apathy. WILL be taking our concerns further and higher.
classed as vulnerable household, a gent called robert was very rude and told me that different acts set out by ministry of justice are not real demanded payment but when explained due to sickness he said terminating call as going round in circles. asked for recording of call then was told id have to write to head office when asked where head office was he said he dont know! very rude demanding payments then said were going round in circles and is now terminating this call
Have to question why a company with a registered office in Londonderry has a Glasgow phone number, something very suspicious going on here, still not convinced that they are not trying to scam me. Be very cautious when dealing with this crowd!!
Disgusting company threatening doorstep visits to a disabled person with no debt with them. Obviously easier to keep harassing than actually investigate if there is a legitimate debt.
I have been trying to contact this company for months, still no reply to my emails. Disgraceful customer service! Absolute disgrace!
Sent me a letter out of the blue saying I owe money and have a county court judgment with a company I’ve never of and never had previous dealing. The letter has no explanation of what the debt is for other than the company name. Very distressing to receive this letter in this way.
