Don't bother with mortgage advice from here unless you are rich enough to pass their unreasonable criteria and don't mind being ignored for over 2 hours. 

Suffered through the advisors condescending attitude, just to be told no when we had our existing mortgage with HSBC and had a faultless track record.

Can you call? No but you can be put on the main help line then wait 25+ min

Can you live chat? NO
