Used John Fowlers recently for personal reasons over a period of a couple years, Caroline Donnelly showed prefessional conduct and advise throughout, of which without, I would'nt have been able to progress without it. I have no hesitation in reccomending Caroline. Professional, decreet and very helpfull.

Possibly one of the most rudest law firms in the area I've had the misfortune to attend and been in contact with in the last 47 years. Was never that great when it was in the high street, how it has got so big (possibly the second largest practise in the town one beggars belief)? The reception staff take an age to answer the phone and the way you're spoken to is, well see for yourself? I'm not impressed and I experienced another local family name in a similar business go down the pan with the same or similar attitude. The St Botolphs street (law site) seem a nice team in there, I cant say the same for the rest. It's about time all law firms in the borough recognises who they are and what they are there for and that there are solicitors regulatory bodies that take a dim view of poor customer service practises. (This post is a personal opinion and or perception based on customer enquiry contact with this business).

Used John Fowlers LLP in 2011 for the purchase of my first house, and then again in 2017 when selling and buying our second. Absolutely delighted with the service, professional and assured at all times, even when our buyer's solicitors slowed things down I never had any worries about the process. Making the legal side of moving this stress free meant we could get on with the other jobs that needed attention. Shame I can't give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended.

After hearing really good things about a Dawn Dorrel i decided to contact John Fowlers, after learning Dawn was on leave and that i would need a barrister i was told they would find some for me, GUESS WHAT, NOTHING even after emails sent I've heard nothing back.

Would i ever put money their way after these dealings......NO
