On the plus side they saw us on the same day and had it back to us within a couple of hours. My main gripe is that they charged us £40 for 4 litres of engine oil, our car only has a 1.3l engine that wouldn't even hold that much. When challenged on it they simply said well that's what we charge. Thought it was a nice local garage but now just feel ripped off. Won't be back.
