The staff at Howells are friendly and helpful keeping me informed throughout process of obtaining parts to the finished result. From the first day I stepped foot into reception both Ben and Phillip made me feel very welcome !nThe work that was done to my car was to a very high standard and completed before expected which was a bonus !nI would definitely reccommend the team at Howells and would use them again !
Amazing service, great communication at each stage of repair there was a delay sourcing a part and at one stage they phoned to discuss other options. The staff were so helpful, friendly and understanding. Courtesy car was delivered quickly and my car was returned to the house as soon as it was repaired by the sweetest recovery man. Thank you so much and for the chocolates, it was a lovely touch.
Delighted with the service provided. From the moment they recovered my vehicle to the seamless provision of a courtesy car, the staff's communication and the quality of the repair were excellent. Everything was hassle-free and of a high standard.
Overall a great experience, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else to get repaired. Recently they replaced and painted a bumper that had been damaged on my car, quality workmanship on the bumper and professionalism from all the staff I came into contact with throughout the process. Really grateful for the time and effort put in by Howell’s ARC to restore my car back to its best.nI’ve used Howells in the past for other cars needing repairs and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
After I had an accident, Howell's was mentioned and it reminded me my family had used them before years ago. From my experience with Howells, I can't recommend them highly enough. They were so kind, patient and kept me informed through the whole repair process, not to mention the loaner car which made life a bit easier during a difficult time! Thank you Howell's, you were really great!!!
