Didnt have the best experience with the branch in Carryduff. Every phonecall i made was extremely unprofessional expect for the girl i spoke to on one occasion. I had to chase up the collection of my car and when courtesy car arrived it had a completely empty tank. Staff come across as completely unprofessional and ultimately rude, just were not bothered at all.

Quick and efficient service from Wrights Carryduff, friendly&helpful staff who made the whole process of getting my car back on the road as easy as possible. Appreciated the excellent customer service and updates on the progress of my car, staff took time to explain why&what they were doing. Courtesy car was great,clean&tidy. Would recommend their services and not be put off by the seemingly negative reviews on google-great service, happy to have my car back!

Left my car in to be repaired. I was kept informed on how long the repair would take & the courtesy car made life a lot easier. The staff were extremely helpful at such a stressful time. I couldn't recommend highly enough. The repair work they completed on my car was fantastic! Thank you very much!

Terrible service absolutely no manners on the phone so nasty would not recommend at all. Took 3 weeks to fix small problem and wasnt fixed correctly. Stay clear and ask insurance company for alternative

my car was brought here after a non fault accident. the staff from reception through to management couldn't have been more helpful. I was given clear updates on what was happening with my car & timescales. the courtesy car provided was excellent. couldn't recommend highly enough!
