Most disgusting customer care team I have ever dealt with, paid a lot of money for a house and so many things have gone wrong and Bloor really do not care. They just deny everything and brush you off. They're pretty disgraceful in my view! Stay away if you're thinking of buying a house with them!

Bloor Homes in My back garden

Bloor homes in my back garden , Prestbury Chase , taking residents boundaries, severing boundary hedges and trees  , building over tree roots against their own Aribotorual mission statements with regards to tree Protection . Not a care in the world, my tree 6 meter high boundary tree was left off plan so they could pass the documents . Cheltenham borough council allowed Bloor Homes to continue with their  destruction.....as long as their buildings are squeezed in -they don't care . worst development for this day and age - Cheltenham civic society remarks   , blocking residents views.... their motivation is ......begins with M.

Where to start...
They got the boundaries for our house plot wrong. It took 18 months of battling for them to accept their mistake and attempt to rectify it. 

Very unhelpful customer care team, constantly chasing for answers.

Don't keep accurate records. We have had a leak spilling in to our study for the last 15 months. They have very lit.
