Had a lovely experience at Howdens Swanley today. You can tell they are a solid team with great customer service skills. Unfortunately, I didn't note down the name of the gentleman who served me today but he was ever so patient and kind. He was informative and willing to answer any stupid questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to Howdens Swanley if you have any building/decorating projects coming up. Great team and great service!
My husband and I went to discuss our design plans that had been done for us but needed tweaking. The designer was at lunch so we were greeted by Keeley who was absolutely fantastic. She made the changes to the plans as well as providing some valid suggestions. We left the showroom feeling we had the kitchen of our dreams. Thank you so much.
There’s an old face not like age-old, just been there forever, like a piece of furniture who’s always happy to see me. Banter and good old customer service with just the right amount of friendly abuse. I hope she never leaves until I retire! Five star service as always
Howdens at Swanley and especially Chloe were very helpful when I had a problem with my washer/dryer. Chloe was very polite, professional and prompt at sorting the problem for me and I was very impressed with her and the high level of customer service she provided.
Helpful staff, you can usually get what you want from stock. Prices can't be beaten especially if you take advantage of any deals that are on offer. Quality of goods as good as / better than competitors
Been to a few Howdens and never had an issue with any of them ,great easygoing friendly people.
