Howdens Joinery - Port Talbot

Had our kitchen and a lot of other things from howdens port Talbot branch. Staff were amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Great job.

TRADESMEN BEWARE I purchased some items from this branch using a debit card, unsurprisingly the delivery was wrong and had to be exchanged, without informing me they placed the more expensive items on my credit account. Out of the blue I received a court letter which I immediately followed up on by calling head office and then Port Talbot to make the payment and close my account. No further contact until I get another chaser, phoned head office many times and apparently I did not give the young lady my payment details when I phoned (I did). The level of incompetence is staggering and has now descended in to bare faced lies. Phoned head office again today but anyone who could deal with it is off so it rumbles on. Overall a very stressful experience with the potential to negatively affect my business.

My Company has used the Howdens Port Talbot branch for several years and rely on the expertise of the staff to provide advice as and when it has been needed.
