Worst depo in the North East, Takes ages to get anything done and has a bad attitude. Carrying on with his friend all the time. Feel sorry for the Howden delivery driver's I've seen a lorry wait there a good hour before they even come out to unload. Even worse on the mornings, Warehouse lads roll up late then they stand around having a coffee before even asking what are you after. Goto Houghton or hartlepool much better then this place.

We have just ordered our new kitchen from Howdens, we dealt with Dan. Dan was very good at his job, very polite and designed our kitchen just the way we wanted it

Great service from Howdens needed addition end and lower cupboard panels after having one of their delightful kitchens just to then finish it and make it perfect, dealt with politely and efficiently - lovely showroom - recommend to all who want a new kitchen at a good price :

Manager was quite simply rude. Requested price on item and had to chase numerous times. Would NOT recommend this particular branch!
