Brilliant branch. All great guys and girls to work with, Hamza especially as he always helps me out getting the best for my clients. Brett is a great on-site rep for whenever you need something and is also great for free pencils and notepads The girls in the office are fantastic at keeping everything running smoothly and Darren the manager is a swell guy all round.
Avoid Horsham Howdens at all cost. If you want to build your dream kitchen then avoid Howdens. From start to end it has been a negative experience. My sister recommended Howdens after she got her kitchen from them, from the Burgess Hill branch who were amazing. However, Horsham branch have been terrible. Not only did they get a child to help lift the heavy items despite there being 3 men there, some of my items were missing. Paying a kitchen fitter a day rate and then realising your some of your items are missing are just shocking!!! And not only that, talking to the staff and then them admitting they did in fact forget the item is just even worse. I thought that would be it. The worse thing is when I received another phone call from my fitter after working the whole day on the worktop to find out that the worktop is in fact the wrong size for my kitchen and the design is all wrong!!!!! What else could go wrong. The explanation they have for that, is the kitchen designer is new here. If that was the case would another member then not double check her design??? Clearly not. Incompetent staff, who have no regard for customers spending thousands on a kitchen. My initial complaint was not dealt with until I had to chase up. Not to add, when you ask to speak to the manager they all say “speaking” when in fact they are not the manager. One women answered the one, agreed she was the manager, upon hearing my complaint transferred the call to Ollie who also agreed he was the manager but turns out he is the assistant manager. Throughout all this there has been no communication from the actual manager. Although I appreciate my missing goods were sent out in good time, you shouldn’t expect this many problems when you’re spending thousands on a kitchen and you would expect the design to be correct at least!!!!!! Will not be using Howdens ever again, and my builder has also said this branch of Howdens has to be the worst he’s ever dealt with and in his years of experience he’s not had that many problems with Howdens as he has done so fitting my kitchen.
Recently bought 15 interior doors for a project i'm working on, i was stumped for which doors would suit, Hamza could not have been more helpful. He showed me all styles and guided me to the right products to suit my projects...Now with the doors fitted and painted i couldn't be happier. What great staff you have and well trained, Keep up the good work..!
Am delighted with my recent experience designing and creating a new kitchen with Howdens of Horsham. What could easily be a demanding time was made so pleasurable by the friendly staff and expert help and guidance from my kitchen planner Zoe Jeal who was friendly and professional throughout. A couple of minor issues were dealt with immediately and effectively. Well done Zoe and team! I am delighted with my kitchen.
I've just experienced the worst customer service in years. After being ignored for 5 minutes, I was greeted with "Alright". It may be a hot day but the tall slim bearded man that served me was rude and impatient. All I wanted was 3x 3m worktops instock but I'm going to have to go elsewhere. I would suggest the assistant needs retraining or replacing.
What a happy bunch of people, I go there regularly on behalf of my clients and it is a joy going there every time
Chelford or Chilcomb. This Howdens had the Chilcomb on display. Chilcomb it is! Easy to park. Staff member helpful.
Just purchased our kitchen that has been so brilliantly designed by Karina. She has been so patient and accommodating, nothing too much trouble and we feel very pleased with everything so far. Karina is a real credit to the Howdens team.
Just been into howdens horsham and I have to say the service was great!! They helped load my order into my vehicle and made sure I had everything that I needed to complete my job, the salesman hamza? Was fantastic very polite and attentive all round great service well done
great customer sevice all staff in all areas do a fantastic job they are a highly skilled team especially Hamza and the lady sales agent.well done
