From first coming here april 22 i have found them efficient and thorough. Yes slots for gp's tight as it is everywhere now, but they do their job. Reception staff the best i have ever come across and i am 60! Very friendly and deal kindly with you in an environment that is obviously stressful. They deserve 5*
My issue is not with the staff or doctors. They are friendly and helpful when you can actually speak to one. The issue is this office is not growing with Howden's increasing population. To call at 8:30 and wait over 90 minutes to get through to a receptionist to tell us they are booked for the day and to try your luck again tomorrow is just simply unacceptable....They need to hire more staff or it will really suffer under the increasing demand of people. *Staff are lovely though.
Called to move a pre booked appointment for my son forward to this morning and the receptionist I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. All sorted very quickly and showed compassion and concern for my poorly child. Wish I’d got the ladies name so she could get some credit! Thank you
Moved house recently joined as a family my partner missed the registration appointment and we where thrown off the list I have full understanding why this happens but when I rang them they hung up on me and when I visited I was given no appeal. For the Information purpose I lost my job and my mother attempted suicide on the day before and this was the reason we missed the appointment no understanding of the situation at all. My 6 week old needs to see a doctor as soon as possible and now I need to wait weeks before he can disgusting.
Absolute joke. No one answers the phones.

Good practice for physical health but their doctors/out sourcing is lacking on good mental health treatments or even awareness.

Awful Try get an appointment Joke practice Moved house from Pocklington they were fantastic Avoid like the plague
Always go here when I'm I'll or when a family member is if it's not too serious
