Just the best fish  and chips cooked fresh  and always  hot and delicious,always  go here whenever  I visit Taunton   and have never been  disappointed  great menu and plenty  of choice  even if fish isn't your thing , splendid place  friendly service

Great fish n chips and tea although no scraps. Basic seating and waitress service. The older staff were a bit grumpy and toilets could have been cleaner.

Considered Howard’s to be the best chip shop in Taunton, however, sadly the last 3/4 times I’ve ordered from here the chips have been brown, undercooked and no where near as tasty as they used to be. What’s changed with your potatoes Howard’s!? So disappointing

Ordered from these guys a few times and the chips have always been spot on. Would happily order again and again. Can't fault them, always happy to support a local restaurant through the pandemic.
