Absolutely appalling. I missed a signed for delivery, so arranged a redelivery on 4 occasions and they didn't turn up on any of them. On one of these they said they'd tried to deliver the day before I'd arranged it for, However, I was at home all of that day as I was having some work done on my flat. I don't believe they tried to deliver on that occasion either as no card was left. If any card had been left I'd have gone and collected it. Absolutely dreadful and very angry
Only decided to re deliver one of two parcels. Striking 23rd and 24th December great work!. Before strikes they only delivered to the household once per week, and they don’t respond to complaints. I use DHL, TNT and UPS when possible now.
Easy to get too, and very helpful friendly staff. They are always quick and efficient. I am certainly very happy with their service.
Paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24, no sms, no email notification, not even a red card left at the door. End up checking the tracking number on the website to find that the letter arrived 10 days ago.
Closed today due to strike action. So when will it open again? I’m all for supporting striking workers get the pay and working conditions they deserve, but perhaps they could update things like google to let us know???
Never deliver parcels they always send a email and post a card saying you weren't in when you were! Door bell works and door number is easy to see from the road they just lie and say there was no answer when you've been all day waiting and listening for the door!
Never had any issues with the fantastic service, lovely cheerful guys and gals, happy to help, always offering information if needed. They work so hard too.
As of the 8/8/2022 this depot is open 10 less hours a week. I have updated the opening times accordingly. Enjoy the queues Hove. What a delight.

Needs a lick of paint but all RM staff are friendly and helpful..
