Scary place. Due to my own chemist not having part of my prescription I went into Dundee and tried here. It seemed they also did not have what I needed but it took them around 10 minutes to tell me. In that 10 minutes myself and another lady had to queue with some people who were very loud and anxious. They were all being treated one at a time in a separate enclosed area. Myself and the other lady were a bit overwhelmed by the situation. Further to this I had to go to another chemist where I found out that Houston Chemist had scanned and muddled up the bar codes and I could not get my prescription at all. They said it was an IT fault. Took five days before my prescription was finally dispensed.
