Busy venue, predominantly older clientele - am guessing repeat customers & good service. Food fresh & tasty. Restaurant would benefit from an interior door to protect customers from recent windchill factor caused by people coming & going. Made dining experience unpleasant. Would go back but would ask to sit away from entrance.Food: 4/5
What a gem this is. 5 of us went for dinner this evening and the food was amazing and arrived very quickly after ordering. Everything was so tasty and piping hot and unlike many asian restaurants that you visit, none of us got that horrible MSG afterslump that you can get after a Chinese meal. Loved the food here and will definitely be back! Parking: The restaurant is on the main high street so parking is limited but there are a couple of bays on the road and approx 3 spaces outside the restaurant up on the paved area
Thr food is absolutely amazing! It tastes amazing, I've never had a bad mouthful in that restaurant. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and extremely good at their job. Customer service is 100%. If you're disabled and need adjustments or extra support, they're only too happy to help. Even with parking. They allowed me to park against their gate outside because of my disabled nan because there was no street parking avaliable. The main manager is just delightful. The interior is cosy, clean, tidy and very simply but elegantly done. This is my favourite Chinese restaurant I've ever been too. Its amazing, completely faultless and I cannot wait to go back again.
Overview - The food was better than good but not wowing. We eat and enjoyed everything we had, and felt the price was fair for the quality of food. We would easily revisit this restaurant. .......... We hadn't booked and the restaurant was packed when my wife and I walked in but the management managed to find/make some space for both. We liked : Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. The price for good sized set meal We paid £24 each - this includes tea/coffee Not feeling rushed. Our dinner taking about 2 1/2 hours. Which we wanted on a night out without our children The filter coffee. Not so good bits: Ordered drinks, only for the same waitress to ask us 5minutes later if we want to order any drink. If I wanted to split hairs I'd say the sirloin steak in the sizzling dish wasn't the best bit of steak, and was over cooked.
The food here is very very tasty fresh and hot very polite friendly clean and tidy place the staff there are A******* definitely going bk to eat there thank you so much house of delight for having us and give us brilliant service
Absolutely wonderful....we went for our dads 90th birthday and it was like visiting an old friend.....Eddie and his team are wonderful hosts and the food was amazing....cant wait for my next visit to the uk!
