All the staff were happy and extremely efficient friendly and all gave great service. Our room was very clean and well presented and comfortable. Every meal was of very good quality and gave plenty of choice. All the drinks were plentiful and available sll day. All the public rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The evening entertainment was varied and of top quality with the Potters team were full of energy and the singing and dancing of a very high quality. We would recommend a holiday in this resort we would like to return.
Have only been here a day and am very impressed, the staff are wonderful , friendly and helpful. There was a slight hiccup where someone else took our table in the restaurant, this was remedied very quickly and to our satisfaction . Alex is our waiter and looking after us very well . Food is delicious with plenty of choice, lots of activities going on in and around the resort. We are in the hotel our room is clean and bed comfortable. Room itself is a bit dated. Last nights entertainment great, very professional Really good system for getting drinks and not having to stand at a crowded bar, you order and they then bring the drinks to your table . Great jokey and friendly barman in the lake view bar
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Very clean and covid aware. Lodges not suitable for disable. Step into premises could be dangerous. Also step into shower quite high. Not much open outside to do yet. Food average but plenty of selection. Brilliant waiter/waitress service. Evening entertainment amazing. Would recommend with a few improvements. Rooms: Lovely room but not suitable if disabled. Food & drinks: Very good idea for drinks as ipad to order and then staff brought it over. Carvery food is not hot enough
Visited as a member of Five Lakes Golf Club, the course is in fantastic condition and has benefited considerably as a result of investment from the new owners. The new members Bar is great, but I would prefer to see a more expansive food menu available to members, guests and visitors. Practice facilities and changing facilities are excellent, with the benefit of a 9 hole par 3 course to sharpen up the short game, holes between 100 and 145 yards. The members portal for information and pre booking is also excellent. I am extremely impressed with the on course maintenance, and hopefully this will continue.
We had a fab time at Potters. Loads to do and plenty of entertainment. We're both vegan and the chef made a point of meeting up with us on arrival and sorted a bespoke menu for the stay. The staff were great as well. Excellent stay all round.Rooms: 5/5
Our trip was outstanding. Great entertainment that was put on throughout the day and night. excellent food with so many choices. The staff are absolutely amazing through out, ensuring your stay there was enjoyable. There were so many things to do day and night that you were spoilt for choice.Rooms: 5/5
14 friends shared a midweek break. We all had such a good time we are thinking of making it an annual event. The highlight was the evening entertainment which was first class. As good as anything you'd see in the Westend. Also every member of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Noteworthy details: First class entertainment.
Great weekend had by all of us. Golf course was good on Sunday and not overcrowded. The team at Potters looked after us and were great, from the waiting staff in the restaurant to the entertainment team. The place was spotless. Booked for next year!!!Rooms: 5/5
Just got back from a Friday to Monday break. Very clean and well run and spa was lovely. Entertainment good, but I prefer live music and it was all sung to backing tracks, with no resident band. Also it was absolutely unbearably hot in our room, and the restaurant. We were told there was an issue with the coolant system. Finally - if you like a boogie in the evening don't hold your breath as they start the "disco" at midnight.. But food was lovely, Staff were attentive and drinks were flowing. Spotlessly clean. If you want unlimited alcohol on a mini break, go here. If you want live music, go to Warners.
A great place for a break. Good entertainment, excellent choice of games activities, pool, sauna, steam room. Friendly and helpful staff with very good Menzies and drinks available on All Inclusive package. Definitely recommend it. Rooms: Good standard of room in hotel complex with alternative accommodation in flats within about 200m. Nearby activities: Golf course on site; Archery, Laser Clay Pigeon and Rifle shooting are available along with a multitude of indoor games in their sports hall. Walkability: Plenty of flat walking if required.
