This is a fantastic shop which specializes in authentic Scottish quality, customer service, competitive prices, and attention to detail.  I received outstanding communication from Alan, the manager, who went out of his way to correct a recent order (from the US) in time for Christmas and all was resolved in a matter of days. It was a very impressive response with immediate action. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop again. Alan is a man of honor and hero of Scotland.
