Interesting shop, some coats of arms riveted my attention

Me and my Girlfriend buys our Names History in the House of Names, amazing service. Many handcrafted stuff available for all registered names, from all country's all over Europe. Nice service

I ordered a beautiful embroidered double crest for my parents. Just collected it yesterday and I’m absolutely delighted. It’s beautiful!! Thank you to Pat and all the team. I will be spreading the word!

I was there on 6/27, purchased $220 worth of products/order, but after, decided I no longer wanted the ordered so I cancelled. I was told they can’t do refunds in the store. I was told it would be done at another office once the manager got there. That didn’t happen, was told, after I called the next day, the manager would call after he processed the refund, the following day. Nothing! Still to this day nothing! I’ve sent multiple emails & called several times. I will now proceed with filing a fraudulent charge on my card. Asinine to not be able to refund my money!
