Had my ring resized here after taking it to a supposed reputable jewellers who didn't resize it like asked and had scratched my ring. House of mccue resized it for me and polished and took the marks all out. It is now beautiful. Thank you very much.

Went to McCues with a simple repair on a bracelet. Service was shocking. They simply removed a piece of the bracelet and charged saying it was fixed. We complained and they were not interested and denied it. Basically charged me for the privilege of them stealing a piece of my gold - last time we will give them the opportunity of any of my business.

My husbands ring snapped .. Here they repaired it charged £86 took it home to him but it didn't fit ??? Like two sizes too small ... took it back to shop and they made it larger and charged another £50 .... couldn't believe it. What a rip off ... They should've measured his finger in the first place rather than guess the size ... I'll never set foot in there again ...

I bought a stunning bespoke engagement ring from House of McCue. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting me design and pick the perfect ring. I know nothing about diamonds etc, so this was much appreciated!  Nothing was too much trouble - very highly recommended!
