Awful experience in this shop. Paid through the nose for an overpriced shell suit outfit that ripped within 1 hour of wearing it. Took it back the next day to be greeted by an aggressive man behind the counter who refused to refund because I had put the costume on. Left the shop feeling very threatened and upset. Do not shop here.
Asked about returns policy when I purchased, was advices that they had a no returns policy unless the item was faulty! After having the outfit on for 20 minutes there was already a missive rip and the stitching coming apart. Quality was terrible and customer service even worse when I was refused a refund and the owner began to get aggressive towards my wife!
Popped in here as we needed 2 last minute 60s outfits and the lady was so helpful. There was plenty of variaty for all sizes. Lovely shop fantastic customer service. Thank you
We can't thank Gizelle at Party Stars enough for the fantastic job she did on the Balloons for our recent Ladies Day at Wellington Cricket Club. This years theme was 'Rainbow' and my Gosh did she surpass. The room was brightly filled with every colour of the Rainbow. The service and friendly approach in Party Stars just comes naturally. A job well done & highly recommended Thank You

Good place to buy fancy dress and FX Make-up. Very nice helpful staff.
Great customer service, items were 100% what they said on the tin. Definitely recommend if your looking for fancy dress.
