I take my pets to House and Jackson because I have found the vets very good and dedicated, especially Thomas and Susie. I had an elderly cat and dog so regrettably in the end the outcome was not good but everyone was very kind. Thomas even rang me the evening my dog died. More practically they are the only local vets I know that do their own out of hours, a service I had to use several times with my old dog and already once with my puppy. This means the vet managing the animal even if not on duty stays close to the case and their full record is available.

Love this vets, been trusting them with my dogs for 15 years. Unfortunately we go here a lot recently but always leave with good advice and feel supported & cared for.
