My driver was brilliant the first allocated one not so much. Had to ring base and wait for a new driver, lord knows where original one went, at one point he was only 3 minutes away then off he went in the opposite direction
I am a regular user of hotline and recently booked a taxi to collect my daughter and young son from Birmingham airport. They were delayed by over 4 hours so I called hotline to update them about the delay and they provided reassurance as they advised they track all flights. My daughter called once she landed and spoke to a rude man who clearly was not bothered. He advised my daughter that they did not have a booking for her and that there was no available cars to collect her. My daughter had to therefore source a taxi from a different company and after an hour she received a call from a mobile number asking if she had landed and that they were from hotline. Which clearly showed they did have the booking but this was now useless as she had to book another taxi. Deeply disappointed.

Taxi arrived on time, the driver was really chatty and the price was as quoted. Great service
Drivers continually parking up on private land waiting for jobs/on-break. There are clear signs advising it is private land, which the drivers ignore. The business owner has been informed and stated they would speak to the drivers about this, but it still continues just the same. It started with just 1 or 2 drivers occasionally, but now there are alot of drivers and happening more often. I/we will not use this company again going forward and I will continue to advise other people related to this same private land of this issue. I suspect more people will be leaving similar reviews until it stops, and will no longer use the company. I understand legal action has now been discussed and in the early stages.
