Great service all round. Quick to answer call, taxi arrived on time for airport drop off & pick up and a good price.
Waste of time on airport times and when you progress up they hadn't a clue with there own ref number. Taxi arrived 45 mins later and the size and state of the car? Well let's just say you could get 2 suit cases and 3 people in A COMPLETE JOKE after pre booking etc Mark
Avoid them if you want picking up from the Airport on time…even if booked hours in advance. Poor communication between the control and the drivers. I used this company for 4 years but this is the last time I use them for this purpose

Used them for a pick up and return journey to bham airport.they came on time for the early pick up at 7am..when returning they phoned us and told us where to meet the driver.we will definitely be using this taxi company again.thank you for making our journeys so stress free..

Cannot fault Bizzy Bees at all. Booked for an early morning airport drop, driver arrived on time and was friendly. Coming back, rang up and driver was with us in 10 minutes. Used many times for various other trips and never had a problem.
Called a taxi to collect at 5:30pm from clarence road but no taxi to be seen so called them back. I was told the taxi will be with me in 5 min but there was no taxi, waited a further 10 min and called again. This time I was told to wait for another 10 min, by this time I was waiting with my child in front a school for nearly half an hour. Eventually they sent a different driver. not acceptable. I have had a previous bad experience with them too. If the taxi is late they need to give a realistic timeline.
