hotels would need a much needed revamp as it look very tired. I was in room 1 and the cleaning of the room was immaculate. but very noisy as hearing all the time closing and slamming of front doors. also room next door very noisy guest. tge hotel have no insulation sound proof room. The restaurant have a menu with very little choice. food not to good. some hotel staff were nice but some look very fed up. clearly in need of modernisation in all areas.

Service and everything is very good. Haven't tried their food but overall experience that spans over two weeks is very good. Their vending machine behaves weird sometimes, They should fix it asap cause it's last resort to have snacks and soft drinks as their is no shop near by.

Simple hotel easy to find and check in free parking overnight. bar was nice. Our Room smelt like a mixture of stale smoke & bleach which was extremely off putting.

Good place like a little hidden gem close to city centre free parking on site staff very friendly and professional no issues with room value for money nice view of water sunny day cool breeze good coffee tranquil all is good

Good food. Good clean reasonably priced hotel . Perfect location for city centre and Albert Dock. Each only five minutes walk.
