I have spent an amazing weekend at the novotel. The   staff are extremely welcoming and have your  best interests at heart . The hotel has very clean rooms and a well presented comfortable feeling once you enter. I recommend staying there and I will be staying there again in the near future. What a fantastic hotel.

Lovely hotel with a basic spa. Staff are lovely and it's located close to Reading shopping centre. Parking available on site and nearby. Managed to get good price by booking ahead.

Very well placed hotel for the centre of Reading, easy access to the nightlife and shops. However there was also no noise from the main street despite the amount of cold drink high jinks taking place. Mentioned on the booking that it was my wife's birthday and we were given a complimentary drink voucher to use at the bar upon check in.

A sticky start but we then got up graded to an executive suite. Lots of space and well equipped. The staff were friendly. Food was amazing. Breakfast plenty of choice  The manager couldn't be more apologetic when we left about the start of our weekend away.

Very nice, modern, comfortable and clean room. Great price. Amazing breakfast. Affordable room service. Took care of everything we needed. Definitely recommend.
