bought this guitar in  2021 RJT-60 TL Sunburst order had to be change to green as the one i wanted was out of stock ,  this guitar is so easy to play.  The service I received from your company was outstanding the contact and communication first class, Thanks so much.

I am really glad I found this shop. I was looking for the Hydra guitar stand and thankfully they had it in stock. They delivered the item immediately after my purchase and I received it within two working days. A few weeks ago it showed some manufacturing defect. I sent it back and received a new one under warranty without any delay. Staff very friendly, available, and reliable. 5 stars from me.

I was repairing an allen & heath mixer and desperately needed CAIG's faderlube to treat the faders before I can assemble the unit. Hotrox is the only place in the country where the 25ml version of the 100% solution can be purchased. When I called in at 15:40, asking if the parcel will be delivered should I choose 24hr royal mail, the lady said all orders should go through before 2pm for this to happen.  Then, to my biggest surprise, she went out of her way, packed and posted the product for me. Many thanks for the extra effort, much appreciated. My job will be complete on time, thanks to you guys

Bought H&K Grandmeister Deluxe 40 at Hotrox. After a month power amp valve blew 2 days before a gig and they replaced it free of charge within a day. Great service, strongly recommended.

I bought a few things through the years and it was always fine, until something went wrong, and I found out these people are MALICIOUS FRAUDSTERS, as DISHONEST and DISHONOURABLE as it can be. If you are thinking of buying valves from them, please think again. Go and read their terms and conditions. These shameless people make the GROTESQUE claim that valves are "perishable" and therefore non-returnable. The law does say that perishable items are non-returnable, but "perishables" are things like food, or fresh flowers. Not valves. Hotrox was forced to refund me by Paypal. Yet, they did not change their terms and conditions after that. Shame on them, these are FRAUDSTERS.  PS see attached screenshot of their terms and conditions page, with comments

Just purchased a  Burns guitar from here. Great service and help. Couldnt be faulted at all. Quck delivery , lovely guitar. Would highly recommend and hope to deal with them again in the future. Many Thanks to Toni and staff.

I just spoke to them on the phone and the guy I was talking to was really really helpful so felt I should say how appreciative I was of his time.
