Failure to protect vulnerable adults to the point where their incompetency and negligence becomes abuse of vulneravle adults and abuse of a position of trust. A relative of mine was afforded no dignity or any respect and during a psychotic episode and 200 miles away from home where she had been an official missing person for two weeks, was encouraged to live in the town bandstand by housing officer, Sue Turner, where unfortunately she was kept as some sort of town pet. Without any protection or assistance. Shame on you! Disgusting. Wish i could give -5 stars. Appropriate complaint filed with relevant authority.

very poor services. I went to the council to have my issues fixed wanted to have a 1 to 1 conversion, instead I just got given a phone to call.

Lovely town ruined by the parking in town centre car parks. expensive parking and they charge the disabled the same rates too.
