Genuinely helpful staff in this library. If you ask for some help to fill a form out or how to do something on the computer the staff will always be obliging and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Also a nice touch, when you enter or leave the library, staff will always greet you or say goodbye, even when they don't know you! Something most other libraries have forgotten how to do I'm afraid.
I like to read in the library but went there today to use their printer. The staff are always helpful.
Always nice and warm in here you can even help yourself to tea! Selection of books is ok, not amazing but through the connective networking you can request books that can be collected here. There's always room to work and staff are friendly.
Really helpful staff,nothing too much trouble and a mine of info themselves,walks you through the library website,how to search; the whole nine yards.

Adam knows the true meaning of helpfulness in both theory and mostly practical.... He helped me well and I left there very satisfied of this library's services..
Nice library but the computer are really slow and if you don't save your work within the hours it's lost. So don't forget to save it. Printing documents is not straight forwards too .
Shame they got rid of the drinks machine. Also a lack of comfortable seating for sitting down to read. Perhaps discouraging people from hanging around post Covid.
