We have gone to Hopscotch for the past few years for the kids' school shoes. The staff are always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The shoes are very good quality, very durable. My older daughter is wearing a pair into her second year now.

Always great service, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always get the shoes for our two girls on here. Staff go the extra mile, phoning the other stores to get stock moved around. Selection is great too, good quality well lasting shoes! What more do you want from a kids show shop! And it's a local Leeds business
We were passing through Chapel Allerton today and my 2 girls took a fancy to some sandals on the clearance rack outside, so we called in here. Can't say enough for the 3 ladies we saw working. They were so lovely and helpful without being over the top or pushy in any way, very patient with my very over-tired, sweaty, slightly mucky and generally rambunctious kids, and just a breath of fresh air to our day. This place is 10 miles+ away from us but we'll make the effort to come back in future as good customer service still goes far.
Took my 1 and a half year old daughter in to buy new shoes, and after she went to say “hello” to the 1 other child in the shop, I was told by the women who works there “we’re trying to keep families separate, please keep her on that side of the shop”. Made buying shoes extremely stressful, trying to hold onto my daughter for the duration to make sure she didn’t cross over to the “other families” side. Not a relaxing or welcoming atmosphere so sadly won’t be going back or recommending.
I have shopped at hopscotch since my children started walking and I have always found the staff very professional and thorough with the shoe fitting. My kids love shopping at hopscotch , they are always made to feel special and have lots of fun trying on the shoes and getting feet measured. There is always a fantastic choice and they go out of their way to find me the shoes I want. I have complete trust in this company and peace of mind that my children's feet have had the best start !
Went in to get my little boy some more shoes, excellent selection and they couldn't have been any more helpful! World's away from the experience we had at another well known shoe brand!
Great staff always helpful and most definitely not pushy on sales and there stock of shoes especially for school are good and excellent quality.
Went in today for a first pair of shoes appointment and the lady in the shop was very helpful
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP - I TRIED TO RETURN DAMAGED GOODS 2 HOURS LATER AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE NOT FAULTY BECAUSE MY CHILD COULD STILL WALK IN THEM !!!! THEY WERE UNWORN IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH RECEIPT AND STILL I WAS TOLD NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
