Five star service from hoodies4schools! Michael and the team were fantastic - we ordered 22 hoodies for a school hockey team, each with personalised nicknames and initials. The hoodies were great quality and excellent value for money, and the quality of the badge embroidery and printing was superb. Most of all, Michael couldn’t have been more helpful in turning around the order quickly, helping with the design and double checking everything was right. First class - I’d certainly recommend.
I have ordered from Hoodies 4 Schools several times now for school trips, Young Enterprise and leavers hoodies. Each time the service has been excellent with Michael being very keen to help with placing orders and the design of the hoodies. Communication with the company has always been easy with fast and efficient responses to questions. Delivery has been prompt and the hoodies have always been excellent quality, designed exactly to specification and at great prices. Could not recommend this company enough. Thank you!
Ordered 55 hoodies from Hoodies4schools. The customer service was excellent, with all my queries being answered within an hour, even in out of working hours at 10pm! The hoodies were great value for money, looked good, were designed well and feel great to wear. Delivery quick and on time. No complaints from me. Thank you hoodies4schools!
Fantastic quality and service. Gorgeous blue colour, accurate sizes. Smart map of Iceland on the back of the hoodies with pupil names inside; each pupil has their initials on the front alongside our school badge. Prompt replies to emails regarding queries. Bad experience. Ordered hoodies for 2 years in a row. The first time the hoodies came with no contact name on them, so sat in the school mail room for a week before I got them. I wrote to Hoodies4School to tell them of the problem so that it could be corrected for the future. The following year the same thing happened and this time I was not able to locate them until after the end of term and the students didn't get them. When I called up no one would take responsibility and just said that this happens a lot! No partial refund or good-will gesture was offered despite me explaining that my school having been good customers for years. Will not be using again and would not recommend.
After ordering some Hoodies for 40 excitable teenagers ... I was very impressed by the level of customer service I received from this company. Yes companies do have hiccups, that's business, but I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and the high quality hoodies that they provided us. The Students loved them and I still wear mine now ! ... I recommend this company for your next trip, Or event, I know I will be using them again! A big thank you!
I am not usually one for long reviews but... If you have to use this company, do so with extreme caution. Order months in advance, I was told I needed these for a certain date, which was promised when ordered. The online shop was closed in order to make this delivery date however, only the day before these were due was i sent the visuals to be authorised. I was then told these wouldn't come on the date they had promised. despite them emailing to check a week before I needed them for that date. 5 days after the arrival date had passed, I was given an urgent message that one of the colours wasn't available and I needed to ask a student, who had already left, what colour they'd like. I had responded within 24 hours of this message. I have also sent four emails asking for an estimated time of arrival as I now have parents and students who have paid asking me when these will come and I cannot give them an answer. This has been such a frustrating process. This has been my first and last time of using this company. Other than a sorry, that my email ended up in junk and a delayed response over a week ago, there has be no apology, no attempt to fix the situation and still no hoodies. For context the online shop was closed on the 3rd June. and they give a two week turnaround time. It's now the 28th June and these were not yet in production. What a shame
This company is amazing. I used them for leavers hoodies and was so impressed with the customer service, the quality of the hoodies and the constant updating of how our order was proceeding that I then ordered from them for our football club tour. The embroidery and printing is fantastic. Thank you so much, all our parents are thrilled. 5 gold stars all the way.
