I have read the reviews about this restaurant and am having trouble relating them to this place. It was a cold day today but even colder inside. The place was empty when we arrived 5.50, with only one other family a few minutes later. It lacks any genuine atmosphere and was quite grubby. Dirty finger marks on the walls. It was more like a cafe and I realise they also do a buffet menu. We may have been better ordering from this. Myself and my wife had a set menu and our 2 grown up kids ordered from the menu. Even though there was only one other table occupied our food did not arrive at the same time. Whilst the portion sizes were fine and the quality fair I would expect a much better dining experience for the price.
Have loved this place since it first opened, and it just got better as time went on. Their prices are fantastic and their service is very fast. They have both restaurant and takeaway. Portion sizes are very generous. Parking can be fun on Fridays and Saturdays but there's always been space when I've been. Even if it means down a side road. So overall 10/10 a* great place.
The food was satisfactory and came fairly quickly, but I am struggling to find anything else positive about this restaurant. The service was very unprofessional, the dining area had virtually no character, the tables felt dirty and unpleasant, and it was colder inside the building then it was outside and as it was a cold day today, this made the whole experience even worse. This would have been somewhat acceptable had the food and drinks been cheap, but they most certainly weren't! If you are looking for quality food and service at a price you'd be happy to pay, I suggest Candytown.
Terrible food. I've never left so much food in my life! My crispy beef was so bad, I left the entire thing. If you want good oriental food, go to Saigon 68 over the road. It's 100% better. Probably my favourite restaurant in the area!
We ordered from here on-line, given an eta of 40mins, called after an hour they said its is on way, 30 mins later called again, then was told it would be another 20 mins, when asked why the woman said because it was raining then statred laughing. They refused to refund our money as we had pre paid. Terrible experience, I suggest you avoid this place, although its a shame as the food was quite good.
Not the best place I've eaten. Food was ok bit pricey for what you get. Plus feels like your eating in a canteen.
This is a great little place. Lots of tasty choice on the menu. The noodle soups are huge but really tasty.
