Pregnant partner requested non spicy crispy shredded beef and egg fried rice. Arrived spicy, very spicy! Egg fried rice was warm. I asked for a tray of chicken balls with black peppercorn chips and chilli with a side curry sauce (which was going to "cost extra"). Fine. £12.90. Mine arrived as a tray of chips, again warm, some chopped onion inside and a very small amount of green pepper! I rang to point out we had received the wrong order, but no, I was told the chicken balls would now be extra and the chips did have chilli in, they checked. No they didn't. I offered to send them a photo. They gave me a Facebook profile, which does not accept messages. The young lady (Maggie) went to the kitchen, as I was not happy this and it would now have costed nearly £18. "But you're getting free delivery and a new free chips". 
I pointed out I had already paid and therefore it was not free at all, if anything it was now very, very expensive. Maggie then told me that she had my card details written down so I needn't give her them again!!! I just wanted to eat at this point! I am diabetic which didn't help my hunger and I needed to eat! You do not keep card information written down. Put those details in and process whilst the customer is on the phone or immediately shred that customers vital bits and pieces, don't write it down and keep it! Never been so disappointed and frustrated ordering a take out. Sending the chips back with the driver! Last time I'll use them for sure. Shoddy, very shoddy. Now been waiting 55 minutes since I made the call to "complain" and nobody has shown up. Was told 30 minutes when I placed first order! Arrived after 45.
20:43. Just cancelled order, no offer of refund, Disgusting. Just "Are you sure it's just been finished and cooked". I told them to give it away.

Didn't get my order right and no one wanted to fix it , do not order from here much better places to go to around
