Food was ordered at 18:47 with an estimated delivery time of 19:30. At 19:50 still hadn’t had a delivery so rang Hong Kong Gardens. Was told it would be 20 minutes. At 20:30 ( an hour after it should have been delivered) rang Hong Kong Gardens again. Was told only then it was leaving for delivery. Food arrived at 20:40 nearly 2 hours after ordered. Food arrived luke warm, not hot and missing part of the order. Haven’t called to tell them as I don’t want a portion of egg fried rice delivered at midnight. Food nothing special even to a ravenous family of 4. Choose another takeaway, won’t be using these again.

Awful delivery service, 1st called them after 45mins waiting was told be with you soon, 2nd call after 1hour 45 mins was told it wasn't even cooked. Came after 2 hours. With loads of excuses. Food was good

Awful service. Waited over 2 hours for a 45 minute delivery. Rang 3 times to ask where it was to have rubish excuses. And when i said I'm not happy with this at all I was told "thank you, bye" and then hung up on, with no apology or offer of compensation, had I not already paid I'd have refused the delivery. Absolutely disgusting service and very very rude. And to top it of, when it arrived there was a hair in my meal.
