As said before, get rid of the guy who answers the phone, or if that's the owner you really should consider a different line of work, maybe one with no customer interaction. I haven't stayed here, it might be an OK place, but after speaking to the man on the phone, who's just made out that everything was too much trouble and that he was doing me a favour by letting me stay at the hotel, I don't feel that I want to stay there. A serious serious attitude problem. Also, saying he has managed to run it for x amount of years means nothing if you are getting crappy reviews does it?

rather spend the weekend in a bin than stay in this hotel the toilets might aswel be a hole in the ground also the guy who answers the phone sack him you will get more customers very rude puts the phone down when trying to book a room if not at least tell him to brush his teeth.
