From measuring to delivery and fitting,excellant service.Everyone i dealt with were very professional.Good job!
Absolutely atrocious timekeeping and communication. I booked the blind fitter in between 12-3 pm to take measurements. I waited 3 hours on a Saturday and decided to leave the house after he didnt turn up. Coming home I discovered a note on the floor - he turned up after 3pm. I rang the shop, the receptionist said well you should have rang up and we would have told what time he was due to come! I booked the same slot the following week, and also to called the shop several times to find out where he was, the shop could not help, only stating he will turn up. After he failed to arrive by 3pm, I rang in again. The woman said he will be there by 4pm. I waited till 4pm and then decided to leave, as I had errands things to do. He arrived at 4.01 PM and didnt even offer an apology! He took measurements and said he was in charge of scheduling the fittings and he could squeeze me in the following Saturday. I asked what time?, to which he replied, "dont worry about time, we will ring in the morning to arrange a time-slot". Fitting Day: half the morning has passed and there has been no communication. I dont even know if he will even turn up! I have rang Homefair, and cant get through because the call gets diverted and no one picks up. The whole process has taken 3 weeks, I have paid the deposit and I still have no blinds on the front windows of my house! Update 11.49am: I just got through to the shop only for them to tell me its booked in for the following weekend. This is after the fitter agreed it to be fitted this week. I have already thrown the existing blinds away in order to prep the window for them. Now I'm left with bare windows for a week because the fitting team couldn't get their act together! Avoid, avoid avoid!
Terrible fitting! Strings keep coming out! They've been out 3 times now to replace them & I'm still having the same problem! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Terrible fitting poor quality and strings keep coming out. Also had to lend fitter tools to put the blind up !!
Wouldn't buy them again can't wash them marks don't sponge off poor quality
