This company registered to bid within our sale that was advised to a "Trade Only - Non Consumer Sale" but seems that they failed to read information supplied and change our Terms and conditions to suit themselves...  Mr Anthony Mullen found it ok to fail to view the Additional Fees tab for information regarding to how much the Buyers Premium Commission was set at, Then found it ok to criticise that VAT is charged on top of the Buyers Premium Commission, even though this is clearly stated within our Terms and Conditions under point 6 All ‘Buyers Premium’ charges are subject to VAT @ 20% but this is our fault according to Mr Mullen...  We was asked to remove the VAT from the commission and it was explained to Mr Mullen that this would be VAT fraud which he didn't seem to really care about, but we do.  Any items that are present is advised, such as Spare keys, Paperwork etc etc, Its important to advise that neither a Spare Key or Logbook was stated as being present, if something is not stated, it should be taken as read that items are not available, but again this seems to be our fault according to Mr Mullen...  It's very common for vehicles to be entered to auction without a spare key or a logbook.  A copy of main dealer service history was provided in the glovebox of the vehicle, but surprise surprise he not states that he as not got it, This is something that we could probably help with to obtain a copy if he would have simply called us to ask...  The vehicle that this company bought, had a total of 50 photographs and a full walk around video attached, showing both the interior & exterior condition and also the running condition, the vehicle came in without having any engine warning lights illuminated and this can be seen in photo numbers 27 & 28, It seems that the vehicle as now created some kind of issue, putting the vehicle into limp mode, but again as an auction this seems to be our fault.  We are only very few auctions in the UK that allow full inspection by the AA, RAC, Green Flag etc etc prior to bidding bidders to fully satisfy themselves prior to bidding, but its important to advise that Mr Mullen failed to take this opportunity...  Simply put, we find the behaviour of this company and Mr Mullen totally ridicules as he entered into a Trade Only sale where now warranties are offered nor implied...  We would give zero stars if possible, but that option is not available...  Stay away from this company
