I was willing to buy an £80 store front glass dining table (no discounts, they made that very clear) that wouldn't come with packaging. When I went to pay with another £170 worth of stuff I asked for a bit of bubble wrap to protect the table and they refused to give me some, telling me that I'd have to buy one of their big rolls of bubble wrap! I left the table in the end, and almost left the£170 worth of stuff too because of how the employees spoke to me, my mother and my girlfriend. When I got home the flat packed cupboard was in an awful state, with paint chippings and scratches all over it.

This store  is very disorganised with regard to its display of goods. Difficult to access where products might be despite signage. Many goods are being discounted at this time as i believe the australian owners of the chain try to avoid entering into receivership. The plant centre here always seems to gave discounted plants on sale which ae almost dead or dying!! You may however pick up a bargain if you are prepared to search!!

Prices are very reasonable with a good varied selection of homes DIY goods. It would have been a 4 star review but the ramshackle layout let's it down big time.

It's got a lot to see. The prices are better now. I always thought they were a bit pricey.
Staff were very helpful.
