Miles Tool & Machinery Centre is a Family run business since 1970, supplying power tools, hand tools, accessories & spare parts from leading brands such as Festool, Fein, Makita, Bosch, Dewalt, Metabo, Trend, Mafell, Dremel, Black & Decker & Hitachi.

In February 2014, Miles Tool & Machinery moved to a new premises at Unit 18 Oxford Road, Pen Mill Trading Estate, Yeovil, BA21 5HR, boasting a 3000 sq ft showroom with a dedicated warehousing and tool servicing/repair workshop.

It waist of money and time company
Ordered part for Festool CTM E AC screen 
They send it without AC switch ( wrong part)
When I contact them they told it’s my foult 
And if I want to have correct one I have to buy another one.

I had a fault with my Dewalt impact gun, which was under warranty, so took it here, as they're my nearest Dewalt repair centre. I was really impressed with the friendly prompt service, and (as far as I know) repairs are done on site, which speeds things up. They even posted it back to my work. Perfect all round service!

I ordered Festool parts from their website. They said 1-2 days delivery. Took payment. Did not send a confirmation email. Waited 1 week without delivery. Rang shop and they said they do not stock parts and were waiting for them to be delivered. I needed these items for work. Caused a lot of wasted time and hassle. Very unprofessional. Will never use again!!!
