Better now it's been taken over with more tools. Stock is a massive issue, whatever I need is always out of stock! However the staff are helpful.

You could be forgiven for thinking you've walked into a jumble sale as there's piles of disorganised boxes and clutter strewn all over the place. The prices are nothing to get excited about. To be honest you'd be better off all round driving 15 miles to Poole or Dorchester than bother with this place. It's gone seriously downhill since it was taken over by the Australian outfit.

Store layout not great and 2 people on customer service and 1 on the till with a queue, the customer services girls reluctant to assist and do any work.
