Have not been to this branch of Home Base for years. Amazingly it's not changed at all. Was able to get stock and other products that I could not get in other DIY outlets. This occasion stock was booked on line and picked up within the hour. Useful visit as it was not to busy.
Went for something specific. Got what I went for, no hassles. Big store had a quick look round because I hadn't been there before. Typical Home base store. Full of useful stuff.
Very Good Store,Always lots on offer at cheaper prices than other stores in the region. Helpful Assistance when needed. Fab Garden Centre. Free Car Parking. Purchased this lovely bench at half price.
Get your new kitchen soon as possible as this place is changing into a Sainsbury’s. Just like the former Focus store nearby this company is shutting its doors.
Came here got what I needed and, quick service at the till, friendly staff, what more can you say.
It’s seems that they don’t like selling you paint when they are on deals if you purchase more than one deal, I went for the 3for2 on paint brought online, all the same colour 6 tins, then get a call, only 4 in stock, they will “refund two” the two that are free! Lol no offer to order more paint in when asked even happy to collect twice, no offer to help or gesture of good will! just buy the 4 or leave it! Refund my money!! Useless store manager not willing to help! Computer says no attitude. Really unhelpful! Stick with bnq Edit reply to you! No thank you, your store manager so she said she wa” Sam”, didn’t want to help, I took my money to bnq, let’s not waste anymore of my time. If you couldn’t help the first time, I’m not willing to participate now that you want to help by filling out forms because there is a review. I think there’s a training issue if you can help me now
Reasonable prices for paint and other DIY. Upstairs furniture and fittings fair choices. Been back a few times.
Would not sell me one piece of wood as it had come out of a "packet" which was their loss. Went to another leading DIY store and spent my money in there!
Lack lustre service from staff who look bored. Maybe it's a good thing the company is being sold
They changed the store layout and now it feels cluttered and all over the place. However there's a good range of cat food and toys, plus they offer massive range of flea treatment and worming medication. The store stocks more dog stuff than cat stuff and I think you or your dog will enjoy going there
