Excellent customer service! They helped me to find a new p shaped bath panel for my bath when nobody else could. They also helped me to get the pressure up on my boiler when they came to drop off my panel as I mentioned that I was having issues. Lovely family business that go above and beyond for their customers! Will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family.

Brilliant! Bought a bathroom suite from here several years ago...needed a replacement seat - but had no idea of the brand. Helpful as always, and efficient Home Heating and Plumbing searched their records and located the make. They ordered the part and I had it the next day. Also very reasonable price would have cost more to buy a generic part or component to repair. Thanks - highly recommend this business.

Who knew how hard it is to choose the perfect bathroom suite? Variety of taps, different plugs, various styles and shaped baths, range of showers etc. My parents were stressed until we went to home heatings show room. Such gorgeous displays with the most knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to make it  exactly what my parents wanted. Not only did they help my parents make the right decisions, they recommended the best plumber and bathroom fitter. I cannot recommend home heating enough. Friendly,  knowledgeable and professional to name only a few of of their many qualities, resulted in my parents having their dream bathroom.

They were great to deal with . Their was a slight issue with a bathroom cabinet - not their fault - which was resolved instantly without any hesitation. I would highly recommend as they are lovely people to buy from and extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Phoned to organise a replacement toilet seat that they supplied several years ago. They got one very quickly. That's what I call good service
