Rude, condescending and arrogant staff. I've been renting same property for last 6 years , ALWAYS paid on time / direct debit, never caused any problems , never asked for anything. I contacted home finders recently with a list of few things that require fixing like rotten fence that will collapse soon, few small repairs caused by pipe leak ... but lady in the office told me that " my rent reflects a condition of the property ". Its been few months now and still no one came to do repairs and clearly they have no intentions to do so. Businesses like this only encourage a poor standards of rented properties , expecting from tenants to pay rent and sit quiet! Disgraceful practice towards excellent loyal tenants.
I would recommend home finders and in particular Lizelle. Home finders manage my rental property and have been great.
Professional letting agent with amazing staff. Was always helpful and friendly. Still forwarding posts even after I've left the property about 6 months ago. Highly recommended especially if you're looking for property near Cullompton. Many thanks. Lucy :-
Horrendous management, did not know utility suppliers when questioned even though this should be in contract 9 months in and am still missing wardrobe doors, door handles, walls falling away, curtain poles falling out of walls, unsafe dropped radiators, whole garden fence is not to be replaced after it rotted and still expected to pay full rent after all of this. Horrendous, would not recommend renting via this company as property management instantly drops off the face of the planet as soon as you're in and they have your money. Shame on them. I can't imagine they would be too happy living like this.
