We  are extremely impressed by Seddons. As long term tenants who have also been Landlords we feel Seddons have found an excellent balance for both parties creating trust between all concerned. Thoroughly professional and pleasant, I can highly recommend this company.

I would recommend Seddons Tiverton. Communication was excellent, if you had to leave a message someone always got back really quickly. Our empty property was even checked on unasked through bad weather

I do not recommend using these estate agents. If you have any sort of problems it takes a very long time to sort, and you need to keep chasing them. And very sneaky with check in /check out inventory. Make sure you make notes on check in as the inventory they provide you with usually overlooks a lot of issues, which they try to charge you with on checkout
