Some stylish pieces, but not for the faint of heart when looking at the prices, as the numbers with a £ sign in front of them almost match what you would see if Home & Colonial was in Chelsea or Knightsbridge. We were heading up to the cafe, but decided against it, as the racket coming out of it even on the floor below was the least appropriate music possible and had clearly been chosen by whatever 18yo had been left in charge up there. The music and volume level, whoever chose it, clearly showed that no regard had been given to the vintage atmosphere and no consideration given to what customers might prefer and, importantly, what might influence potential customer's propensity to hang about and perhaps make a positive purchase decision. In our case we practically rushed down the stairs and out. Sort the music out. It's pretty basic stuff and will make a difference.

Lots of lovely items to treat yourself from jewellery to paintings and furniture antique or not.
